I would like to make my stuff smoother.
Do you know what program I should use to do so?
Currently I'm just using the paint program that comes with the computer.

Well... the basic necessity to make an animation soother is to add more frames.
I've never used paint to make animations, although I'd like to know how
Anyways, the program I used in the past was Macromedia Flash Studio MX. It was pirated... but otherwise, it's expensive. It has loads of features... it's essentially the photoshop of flash programs.

Well Paint and Beneton Movie GIF.
I just make the pictures of the frames on paint. Then drop it into the frames and set the time inbetween each frame and push play lol.
Beneton Movie GIF is really helpful and easy to use as well.
