# About me
I was born in april of 1987, in Caleta Olivia, Santa Cruz in Argentina. After traveling a lot during the first five years of my life I lived in Neuquén until finishing high school and traveled east to Buenos Aires to go to college.I have been living in Buenos Aires for the last eight years, already finished college (advertising) and now I work as a freelance graphic designer/photo retoucher.
For the last few years I have been in an constant creative motion wheter it was music, painting, fractals or film, I kept that side of my brain as active as i could. This doesn't mean everything I did was beatiful, perfect or even good but it keeps me learning and evolving everyday, as an artist and as a person.
I'm currently working on some fractal art. I try to carve or construct images from a visual search rather than math based stuff.
I don't have anything against the math part but I´m not particularly good at it, so I kind of play with variables, shapes, weights, color gradients and the like until I'm satisfied with the piece.
I enjoy giving the pieces meaning by creating some guidelines for myself. These vary a lot but they help me look for something I like, something interesting that triggers my imagination.
A really beautiful thing about fractal art is that it´s made of abstract math and shapes but it isn't just that. It is whatever you think it is, whatever you see.
My head is really not that far up my ass but I wanted to share the way I think about what I do, I hope you enjoy it!

how do you do to save the fractals with out background? cause i couldn´t pull it off with the tut and when i googled it I couldn´t get ir either...

what version of Apo are you using? You should be able to save it as a .png file.

Go to File > Export Flame
Choose your size in width and height
I have thee following settings and it seems to work for me:
Quality: 200
Filter Radius: 0.4
Oversample: 2
Leave the HQI stuff at the bottom alone.
That should do it, click OK and wait while it renders. It might take a while depending on your processor.

Yeah, when you go to Export Flame, under Destination, click that yellow folder and make sure the file extension is .png

I did, but for some reason I´ll never understand, it didn´t work, however I got to work them with Ultra Fractal and I can set the background color to 0 opacity so i got it otherway... Thank you so much for helping me out! I really really really apreciate it!
