I see you're into Ponies.
I've done some cartoon fan art myself (LOL! only one Pony piece though). I've also done some realistic works, though now I concentrate more on various aspects of photography.
If you're looking for inspiration, tips/techniques to help improve your own talents, or just fellow enthusiasts I'm sure you'll find something, someone or possible a group on dA... There's a lot of cartoon & Pony fans on here.
BTW, I'm a member of the group, so if you find some critter you can't ID, snap a pic of it & submit it to them (or send me a note) and I'll see if I can't put a name to it for ya.
