you're looking for a tablet?
I only recently got mine (ealier today actually), but generally it comes down to a few simple things:
Active Area - the size of the worksurface you'll draw on. Note that the actual tablet is bigger, but this is the part you draw on
Pressure Levels - Some programs sense the pressure you put on the pen (e.g. Open Canvas draws bolder lines when you push harder). The more pressure levels, the more sensetive and naturally you can draw
Stylus - The pen. Some, like Wacom tablets, use batteryless pens. Some need batteries, making the pen heavier and less wieldy
The only other advice I can give is to ask around, get people's opinions on their tablets. Generally Wacom makes the best, but also the most expensive. It might be worth your while browsing round eBay for a good bargain.

Wow, thank you ^^ I think I found two that are deffinate possibilities; (since my budget isn't so thick right now..) ..Either the d_luc_mri/002-0748812-9425643?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A1VC38T7YXB528&v=glance"Cool iCam CI-285 , or the Adesso Cyber Tablet ..If the Cool ICam Digital tablet is decent, and will last awhile, then I'll probably go with that one. ..Not so sure, though lol
