Ah, sorry for the late reply, but life has been stupid.
But yes, I am sad about the state of adventure games and where it is headed. That's why I've been following the SQ7 project (as well as some other projects), but hopefully the game industry realizes its fault. The Adventure Gaming Company seems to be doing good things, but it's not recognized enough... ahh..
