The only, and I mean ONLY problem I have with it is if it were up to me you would be chained to your desk every day until you had completed a new page.
Wish I had some drawing talent myself, I can spin a yarn and visualize the action, but somewhere between my words and my sketchpad it all goes to hell.

If by "long time" you mean "about three months" then yes. It is on my list of slow updating comics. I check it every couple of weeks or so. I find it entertaining, if a bit ridiculous at times.
Yes, I was pleasantly surprised to see that you don't stick to just one thing. It is always sad to see an artist stagnate, and you seem to be avoiding that pitfall thus far.

Changing things up is almost always a good thing in the long run. In my writing I often find a need to do side projects to get my focus back, lest the specter of an recalcitrant muse be the only thing I can wrap my thoughts around.

kinda like a mind purification. to let unwanted things out to focus on the main project/work
its good to do, but here sometimes, its a double edged blade. the passion transfer to the new small project, and I end up losing it for the main thing i was working on :-/

Unless you have a monetary reason to stay focused on one project, then everything we do here is just to learn new things anyway. If you lose your motivation for what you thought was your primary project but nobody that was willing to give you money for it is upset by this, then by all means drop that sucker and move on to something else. I suppose there are a few people here who are really just interested in using this as a unique chat room, but most of us have dreams of doing what we do here for a living. If nobody is willing to give you money for it, then at its best it is a labor of love.
If you don't love it anymore, leave it for a pretty face and a wanton look.
Or, a new project even.

I am not the biggest fan of vampires, but this comic is actually a really intense dream I had. It is exactly the same, except that I added names and a setting (And the fact that I am putting in my friends as background people)

Yeah, I hear you on that one. Just got moved into what we hope will be the final destination, assuming the closing goes through soon. If not will be moving again soon.
Still using other peoples computers for internet, but that situation should be fixed within a couple of weeks.

No worries. I have had so much on my mind lately it has kinda kept me from getting anywhere myself. But then, an eminent move of 3000 miles will tend to cut into your brain space some. Been working on things a bit here and there, but been slow going for me too. On the plus side the move is specifically engineered to give me more time to write, so I expect this next couple of months to be slow, and then things are gonna get busy. Big time.
LOL, not that it matters in the great scheme of things, since there is still that pesky ocean in the way, but I will be moving 3000 miles closer to you!
