For 2D works i use Photoshop, GIMP and Inkscape and for 3D i use Blender

Well i think the payment would depend on the project..by the way what is deviantart points?Oh regarding the payment, the currency of your money is much more bigger than ours since youre from UK, I think 1 pound is equivalent to 80 pesos, so i think that wont hurt
