You should definitely try it! :) (Smile) It's not that difficult once you get the hang of it, and looking at the 3D origami you've been making, you must be really patient. That's a good thing to have when you try out making amigurumi

My grandmather tried to teach me once but I always was rolling with the threads Yummy Yummy Yummy Yummy Yummy (I'm left-handed),but when you have time try again because I saw models amazing ;) (Wink)
