Surprisingly it doesn't take as long as you would imagine if you have the right tools! I was at a rubber stamp carving workshop a while back and we could create our own designs, so I chose my dA avatar for the sake of it xD I don't actually own the tools or even have an ink pad so I haven't used the stamp ever since! XD

Although the tools are very common and cheap in Japan, so maybe I should consider practicing making a better looking one for fast signatures like you suggested! (You're a genius DD)

that sounds so cool!! I wouldn't mind making a rubber stamp that sounds really fun haha. Ink pads are pretty cheap aren't they!? you should totally get one and start using it! 

XD lolol i thought you were already using it as a signature, but yeah!! there was this guy back in school who always just stamped his name instead of writing it on every binder paper so that made me think of it lmao

so true!!! ever since i got into digital.. i dont do much traditional coloring ;^; i still sketch on a paper first though cause i'm not use to sketching on a tablet!

In Japan when you're invited to a wedding, you receive a postcard where you circle "going" or "not going" and write your name and address and stuff, and then mail it back. But as a rule, you have to entirely cross out the option you didn't choose, cross out the honorific term in front of the word "name" and "address" to make yourself more humble, etc.! - @ (I just learned this for the first time too.) You can simple cross it out, but some people do really creative illustrations in ink all over the postcard and cover the words artfully!
