Very easilly! I can even do a brimless (inner brim) style [link] that would sit higher on the head like your sketcha ^^ Is it fair to assume you would like yellow with white wings?

Also is it safe to assume that you want the linework (his eyes, mouth, anger point (everything but the blush)) to be in black? Or would you prefer a red like your drawing? I can follow it as literally as I can if you like ^^ Oh um, would you like a small amount of plush effect in the pony tail for some dimension? I would do just a touch off of flat ^^

Either way Im assuming 11 pieces, five colours, a minimum artist fee and face detailing/fabric paint.

Is regualr polar flecce (what most of my hats are made of) The material you desire?
Or would you like somthing funky like feathers for the wings, or a not-fuzzy fleece for the fleshtone or shag fur for the hair.
