I expect it to be very good. they have already proven how it will be a great tribute to the original film by confirming Akira Takarada's cameo and as well as actually having japanese actors in it.

I have the same opinion as you in the millenium series there not so good, (exeption mechagodzilla films....)
But I do like the godzilla suit from gmk godzilla looks badass
I also like the heisei godzilla and the 2003 , but the G suit in final wars was not so good but gigan looks badass !!!
But I was so sad they did not put battra ... insted they put the gay mothra... Anger

Heisei movies were awesome. Millennium... not so much. They kept rehashing everything and non of them had ANY continuity, besides the two Mechagodzilla films.

I personally cannot stand Final Wars because in a movie where the focus should have been on Godzilla and his 50th anniversary, they chose to focus on the mutants and aliens. My favorite kaiju, besides Godzilla, are Baragon, Titanosaurus, and King Caesar.

Ultimately that was the major fall of the Millennium series; not only did they not have any continuity whatsoever, but they kept using the same freaking monsters we have already seen again and again (even thought the Mechagodzilla movies were awesome!). Hopefully Toho will learn from their mistakes.
