Thanks for the fav on DS#98 - Here's looking at you, kid...    

I know many of you have expressed comments about this young lady regarding her ornate get up and theorized on her ancient heritage, but the fact is she lives just down the street. And no, her appearance is not the result of some amorous dalliance, that would be ridiculous, she an alien, obviously. She comes from a race of half goat, half ape, and half of three quarters sentient gelatinous cube. Don’t ask about the cube part, they don’t like to talk about it. Heed my warning, I nearly caused an intergalactic incident over the subject of jello molds. Apparently the concept of forcing a gelatin based life form into a plastic mold, for the purposes of conforming its shape into an aesthetically pleasing arrangement, strikes them as extremely offensive. I agree, but since my objection is based on a general aversion to jelly, I didn’t really share that with them. Didn’t really want to start a war.

Thanks for the fav on DS#96 - It takes a lot of balls to golf like I do

And by balls, I’m obviously referring to those large round, unwieldy pair of medicine balls I carry around with me wherever I go. I’m not saying that playing golf with medicine balls is an effective strategy, but it does wonders for my handicap. And by handicap, I mean the tendinitis in my right elbow, which is horribly exacerbated by swinging a golf club at a beach ball that weighs 10kg. I don’t really know why I use them, maybe I enjoy the futility of the exercise. I mean you can’t win, since there’s no way a ball that big is going in a hole that size. Bloody physics. Always keeping a guy down…

Well, to be more precise she’s twice the Orc you are. But that’s just because she’s always felt like an Orc trapped in a Gnome’s body. Which has to be a tight fit, psychologically speaking. But worry not, there’s a spell for this. It’s actually quite a common problem, apparently, so the market for species reassignment sorcery is doing pretty well. Gnome to Orc is quite popular, as is Elf to Fairy, but the most in-demand reassignment sorcery at the moment is Human to Pekinese. I can’t possibly fathom why that is, but let’s face it, people are weird. You throw magic into the mix and there’s really no end to the shenanigans people are likely to get up to. I once knew a guy who was completely convinced that he just had to live out the rest of his life as a pumpkin. Strange fellow, but he did make for a very tasty pie though.

I know it doesn’t seem like it, but growing up near a toxic nuclear uranium dump, has left this one woman with some remarkably unusual characteristics. Apart from glowing in the dark, she has 7 toes on her right knee, an elbow that bends both ways and an extra butt cheek. But don’t despair. Life might have turned her into a hideous mutated freak, but she’s a young woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, so naturally she was elected prom queen, given a full scholarship to any school she wants and is being scouted by the modelling industry. Instagram has also approached her for an advertising campaign to promote ‘diversity’.

And this guy isn’t the strangest one there. There’s this one fine fellow that comes in everyday wearing suspenders, a tea-cozy and absolutely no pants. The worst part is the tea-cozy isn’t for his head. There’s also a young woman who likes to experiment with different animal furs. Which you would think might cause a stir among the wildlife activists, but they seem to be completely fine with her fashion accessories. It’s probably because the animals are still attached to the furs, and seem pretty chill about complementing her ensemble. Except for the giraffe, but I think that’s just because his pattern clashed with her bright pink skirt and it violated his sense of style. It was very tacky if you ask me.

Because if it doesn’t then I really need to buy a new one. The guy at the shop said that only a complete lunatic would ever want that particular hat, but I think he might have been employing “reverse psychology”. Which sucks, because you wouldn’t believe how difficult it is to find a hat that says harmlessly kooky and appealingly eccentric. Most of them just sit there on the shelf saying nothing. And it doesn’t matter how long you wait. Nothing. I supposed it’s better than a hat that never shuts up. Had one of those for a while, but people keep looking at me like I was nuts. It really had to go.

Thank you for choosing AbsurdAir, your captain for this flight is KaidokJ . He has no license, can’t see well and is easily distracted so there’s good chance we’ll never make our destination. But since this whole flight metaphor is just a weak attempt at a humorous anecdote, I don’t think that’s going to be a problem. Ah damn, I crashed through the 4th wall.

Sorry, no funny story thing on this one. This picture is one of my much older pieces, way before I completely lost my mind, and as such I haven't gotten around to writing a story for it. Hopefully sometime soon I will, but for now you're just going to have to make do with my appreciation. Fair warning, my appreciation is non-refundable, non-transferable and not suitable for children under the age of 5. Please keep my appreciation in a cool dry place and see label for best used by date. Also for legal reasons, I must inform you that my appreciation cannot be used as a plausible defense for murder, a suitable form of birth control or a medical alternative to anti-psychotic medication.

I got this call about a missing tooth. It’s right here on my form. Now it’s going to take me at least a week to give you comprehensive quote, once I have a look around, check the damage. But after that I should be able to get the job done in about…3 months. Someone is going that have to be home during the hours of 8am and 11pm, to let me in. If that isn’t acceptable to you, feel free to take it up with my supervisor. Office hours are between 6:45am and 6:46 am, every Monday in months that have three consecutive full moons. And if you feel as though you case isn’t being taken seriously I would refer you to my union representative, Carl. His number is on the back of my card. Call anytime, he needs a laugh.

I try to avoid the Law whenever possible. There was an awkward incident at a party once and ever since it’s just better that we don’t socialize. It’s a bit of a dance really, because the Law has Justice on its side and we used to date, so that just makes things super tense. I know the Law has it in for me, and I don’t care what Mental Health says, I’m not being Paranoid, I stopped going by that name years ago. I personally think the Law is trying to set me up for a crime, but little does it know, I have connections with the Criminal Underworld. Me and the Criminal Underworld go way back, we went to high school together and it owes me one. There is no way the Law is taking Liberty away from me, we’ve been through too much. Bring it on, I say. I won’t go down with a Fight. I know them both. The Fight Brothers, Dirty and Bloody are good friends of mine and they always have my back.
