Apparently I am neither. Creationists attempt to pass religion as science while many evolutionists seem to attempt to form evolution into a sort of religion.

Because I found mere minutes before posting my first reply to it. In case you could not tell, I was agreeing with you, but I disagree that they are not true Atheists. Some are Environmentalist, and that is a religion unto its self.

1) I started with the outer border and worked my way into the inner border.

2) I then created a border to block off the corner areas and filled the corners with a vine design.

3) I created a large linear spiral shape that would define most of the interior.

4) I created the center circular area. I started in the extreme center and worked my way out one piece at a time.

5) At this point all the space has been defined by borders, a center object, and a floating linear spiral. I just created large leaves, flowers and other objects to fill the remaining space.

This image was a balance between total composition and linear details. The small details should be relevant to the total composition of the image only through a hierarchy of relationships. Its this balance that is the challenge and not so much the details or total design.
