Your entry was amazing. Funny thing, we ended up picking the same design. I ran out of time towards the end and didn't get to complete it like I wanted to.

I had a lot of trouble because I rushed through the leaves and branches.  That was my second cake actually, I had a trial one that went to work and I auctioned it off for the United Way.  No leaves or branches, but it did have painting and a skinny snake.  Still it went for $75 I think lol.  I figure now I have  to make it my goal for 2015 to keep making practice ones but I dunno, that competition is so stiff with professional bakers but still it's fun to enter.
