Getting sick I think. Saturday it was raining hard and I was at the con, (which was in two different hotels....) I ended up being drenched in that pure white dress. Ultimate white T-Shirt contest..... Had to use the blowdryer in the manga room to get dry faster. So I think I'm getting sick from it.

I've seen 9 yr olds at cons. There are plenty of people your age too... I should know, they all flocked to me because they mistook me for 16 xD . Sure there's also people my age and older, but it's like a melting pot, we take care of our own and we all are nice geeks. Some of the best people I've ever met are anime people, couldn't ask for nicer or more friendly!

i know but mu mom would not take my word for it also the one that i want to go to is in dallas which is six hours away from where i live so she would not be coming with me so she wants me to have someone she knows with me and it would be my first anime con ever so im not sure how its going to be for sure so im just talking and trying to convince her

Lol, no ones going to blame you dear... Though you've been on my mind recently. I've been wondering how you've been and what you've been doing. It's refreshing to see that you're back. I've been busy myself, haven't had much time for DA. Mainly trying for my GED and succeeding. I already passed the English test with a 164/200, needed a 150 to pass. Supposed to test again on the 11th for science and social studies. I hope I pass both, cause next I want to finish with math on the 30th of July. If I pass all this I will officially pass the GED test.

Wow that's really Kool. I'm still just goofing around and enjoying my summer, trying to find a job so I can have money ready and available, working so I can get my drivers license. And hanging out with friends is really all I've been up too

Yup and seeing as it is summer I will be able to work a majority of the time so I will hce money and can pay to go to conventions and have spending money with out having to ask my parents and stuff. Also as I'm planning on doing, if I already have the pass for the convention how can they say I can't go

lol i highly doubt that my dad is just in the mindset that if i am somewhere out of town by myself every bad thing that could possibly happen or has ever happened to someone is going to happen to me even though there is little to no chance of that happening. i love my dad hes just a tad over protective sometimes
