Yeah I do , I wear Hijab myself and since I enjoy redrawing things people post (giving credit where credit is due of course) this was appealing.
Normally I draw mermaids but drawing a hijabi is a fun idea I think

And yes I am muslim; and yourself? I am a little curious since you did draw a hijabi?
Also I think your art is very nice I want to get into digital art soon

Oh my.. I'm sorry. I didn't mean to..
I'm a muslim myself too. So we're fellow muslim here~
And thanks! Ummm I'll reply your other comment here..
well to start digital art, you need to get yourself a drawing tablet (if you don't have one)
and if you have, just go on and draw on any drawing softwares. For me and most people, I use Photoshop.
And if it's hard for you to start practicing on drawing tablet, you might as well can draw your art on a paper and scan it into your pc
then you can practice by tracing your drawing there in photoshop

Oh wow Mashallah, what a coincidence that we are both muslim Asalamu Alikum
And no worries, my art is not amazing and I cannot draw much without seeing the art in front of me >< at least its difficult and I am not sure if this just means I need to develop my talent or I just have a different type of drawing style ?
And I was hoping that digital drawing didn't need the tablet cause thats expensive no? Maybe I will invest in one >< but then the program costs cash also so I don't know, this is a hobby so I don't know if I can go for it.
Also thank you so much for taking the time to message me, I have been wondering around the site blindly asking people if they could give me a heads up about digital art.
I don't even know what kind of tablets are good for drawing and what not.

Waalaikumsalam. Hehe. Its nice to meet a muslim from another country. ^^
Well, what you're doing for your art now is a good start. When I started drawing last time, I used to copy or traced other peoples art or mostly my favourite characters on the tv series. All this done traditionally.
And about the tablet... I admit that most of them are expensive but there are some that is cheap but the size of the tablet is small. But for those just want it for hobby, getting the small one is already nice. The most popular brand for the tablet is Wacom. Most people that I know use Wacom Bamboo. I use Wacom Intuos. You can look up for the reviews in the internet. There are a lot.
Hope I'd help you here in dA.

Okay so I am not on a weird path to art, good, my art is not traced thought its all free hand but I do it whilst looking at the Art ><
But I will defiantly check out the tablets!
Thanks so much

I'm from Malaysia. You know? The country with the missing plane MH370.
What about you? Where are you from?
Glad to hear that I can help you.
And don't worry, just keep on drawing even if you're just looking at another art. You will still improve yourself.
Practice makes perfect right.

Wow. It's nice to know that my country are known for something aside from the missing plane.
Most people around the world didn't even know where Malaysia is before the event of the missing plane.
And if those who knew, what's inside their head about Malaysia is full of jungles.
Costa Rica eh. Ahh I see. You're in the middle between North and South America.
Told you we're both from different country, in fact, we're even far across the world. XD
Hmm that's good to hear~ I would love to see your improvement!
Inshallah, you can even make side incomes from drawing in the future if you want.
Oh, if you don't mind I'm asking. How old are you? What's your race? Are you born as a muslim?

Yeah actually I know a lot about some of the fashion over there only cause I my lots of Hijabi stuff online since I don't have much locally. But the thing that I actually heard the most was that your country is very nice that the people there are very nice and kind people.
I never heard that its just a bunch of jungles! Give you country some confidence on its reputation Mashallah.
And yes, Costa Rica is pretty far
Inshallah I am hoping that I can make some income when I get more advance.
Let me send you a note for the last question you had if you don't mind
