and also - what does it mean when writting [Reply] [Parent]...well, what [reply] mean i know but [parent] in site terms ?

parent is for showing the post to which you're replying..
and for the emoticon thing uhm.. well, I personally use image ready, but there are lots of programs.. just serch at google you can find also lots of freewares
