But shes heard that bcuz of the "lack of protein" people get really sick and need shots and she doesnt want me to have to go through that

You won't get sick as long as you eat your veggies and beans!! its been proven that a normally healthy diet has just the perfect amount of protein, and has A LOT less fat, cholesterol, sodium, etc.

I dont see how people can eat fast food EVERYDAY
and i know alot of ppl that do.
I used to then one day i lloked in the mirror and i was super fat and i guuess you can see i was enlighted after that i started eating WAY WAY WAY better
now im alomost my (medically) ideal weight

I used to be hardcore vegetarian almost turned vegan last year, but now because of my grandmother's decisions (haha) I'm more of a pollovegetarian now I only eat chicken but I try to make an effort to still eat only vegetarian. Its almost all I eat when we go out, corn, green beans, rice, vegetable soup, apples haha its bland but I love it.

I'm a vegetarian most of the time except when I encounter tuna or sushi. I really do love the stuff. lol I guess you could call me a pescovegetarian, though I only eat fish on special occasions.
I do it for the health, so I don't mind the blandness of a veggie diet.

Yeah but never eat too much of the same thing, even if you are a vegetarian, you gain weight so keep a variety haha. I just ordered a necklace and stickers from PETA not too long ago, I'm waiting for them to arrive.

Haha, I don't. And truly, I don't think I could gain weight if I tried. I know this, because well, I've tried. XD I'm underweight because of the fact that I was a premature baby, and my metabolism in unnaturally eager. lol

Oh i was premature too, I used to be really underweight but I developed a sleeping disorder from stress and It slowed down to about normal : )
The necklace they have is so pretty too : ) its two bunny rabbits with turqoise eyes in the shape of a heart an dits silver plated. Im happy about the proceeds going to a good cause!

I was a month preme : \ Not as bad as 7 weeks though. Yeah I sleep ALLLLL the time, it's rather annoying, haha. Yeah I only managed to talk my grandmother into buying it because it was my birthday; And then I found out it was on backorder and I had to wait even longer, I was disappointed but I could deal with something small like that. You live in the U.S im guessing? Where abouts might I ask?
