Okay so Sombra has taken over Lightning. But when Sombra has Fluttershy cornered Lightning tries fight back to gain back his body for few seconds telling Fluttershy to please help him and to hurry but then Sombra still kept him under his control. And when Sombra won control but Fluttershy escape to tell her friends to help Lightning.

I think I can do that for you. Now, when you say displeasing cry, do you mean that he should be horrified by his transformation, or more of a terrified sadness with tears because he knows he's being taken over?
