now i don't want you taking any offence to what i'm about to say but here goes, i believe mana's situation is more similar to kaiba's love Kisara, in other words DMG is only a ka spirit like blue eyes white dragon because if mana had fused with DMG, DMG would have started of as black magician girl just like mahad's black magician did before he fused his soul to created dark magician. But the only way to find out would be buy the creators and producers of yugioh.
