How did I miss this section?Well, my name is Tessa. Yall can call me Tessa.
I'm a portrait/pencil artist. And As you may see in my gallery, I've progressed A LOT. Comments are always appreciated. They are what keep me motivated to draw. And I do love being able to draw people. It's awesome!
Tools:
Using Charcoal, graphite, color or mechanical pencil
Drawing History:
I'm 100 percent self-taught, so no, I took no classes
...I've been drawing for 6 years...
I taught myself by watching others draw online and also reading art books and loads of practice.
Inspiration:
Art isn't always capturing the beauty of what you see, it's seeing beauty in what was captured.
Technique:
Traditional drawing with hand held tool. Can take years to perfect. Takes a lot of patience, motivation and commitment. It's also good for relaxation.
Timing:
A portrait/drawing for me takes 2-3 weeks to complete.

I so NEED to go away somewhere far and nice...away from my life here. Well it's the usual. the only perk so far is that I get to sing at local concerts now...which is fun. But my body cant take anymore of working nights...and I want to get back into school
