i used a song called "in cold blood" by alt j! im not quite sure what to do honestly. idk if making a short unmonetized mv constitutes as fair use by being transformative im just not really Savvy in that kind of thing so. Idk

I just looked through Alt-J's wiki and their labels and only found one post that somehow connects to one of Alt-J's labels and PIAS ( www.pias.com/blog/an-infectiou… ), but it seems as if it is just an interview of sorts(?)
So it seems like it is a false claim. They do not even own it.
I saw some videos that got claimed by them too, but they used tf2 music. It is a really weird situation.

hmm but when i look at the copyright thing it does say that they claimed it for "infectious music" which is one of their labels ? thats wierd. like they dont own it but the company that has them strike videos owns it......?
