Minon sounds like she doesn't have an oto.ini
so her notes and voice samples skip and screech a lot : O
Her voice itself is really adorable
you just need to get her oto configured and she'll sound fantastic ;v;

and she does? are you sure she was oto'd correctly, though?
because unless the voice samples themselves are originally screechy and skippy, she shouldn't sound like that with correct configuration : O
re-recording is a pain in the butt ): LOL. cause there are so many sounds.
but ahhh if you DO happen to rerecord, pay special attention to the ra ri ru re ro sounds.
because Minon is pronouncing them with English phonetics, giving her an American accent.
Japanese phonetics pronound "r" as a mixture of l/r/d

LOL Minon is not a fail she just hasn't been configured yet ;v;
utau is not an AI, so it needs a little information from you to know what to sing from your voice samples. without your oto, the program just does as it pleases and likes to troll you ;n;

haha . so yeah. the first obstacle is just figurin' out otos! and when that's all underway you're good to go c:

It sounds like you were saying "ru" without your tongue touching the roof of your mouth, which gives it the sound of english phonetics.
Your tongue should have slightly touched the roof of your mouth for the mixture of l/d/r

Minon's design and name are so adorablee and awesome ;w; you will definitely love her for her voice aw well when she's configured~

I'm just going to re-record her at some point.
Utau is a troll, I agree >.<;

But I did give Kazuki an oto 8D he sounds better, but he slurs his words a bit XD like a drunk man ;;

I also re-recorded Kazuki's "ru" so hopefully it'll sound ok >u<

Im going this year and im going next. Ive been an attendee for 2 years and my parents support it. I live 6 hours away but my parents don't mind doing something for me if It gives me a chance to learn as an artist. they love when I go the artist alley and have a conversation with the artist there. Whenever you go tell me! Im going to try to be Merome Rouge when I go either this year or next year so I probably won't be hard to find(especially since Im usually the only Mexican and curly haired girl there lol!)
