A reverse taskbar? You mean like with the start button on the right instead of the left? That sounds quite challenging but it's not impossible. Your best bet is to design a replacement "taskbar" using a program like rocketdock, and just placing a mock-up start button on the right using a plugins. Here is one somebody already made. By modifying the values in each item's information file, you should be able to create a nice replica. You can interchange images too if you want a different start orb or taskbar look, Rocketdock is very flexible. To test new settings, just restart Rocketdock.

Yep, just autohide your original taskbar. Just perform trial and error until you get the rocketdock bar as you like. Good luck.
