To work out my class I just read a thing dA isn't letting me link (I could probably note it to you) and thought "which one makes the most sense relative to me", and knight seemed to fit. It's long but it's very comprehensive and in-depth.

i usually read up on the classes and decide myself because the tests arent working/kind of bogus (its like. whats ur favourite colour? is it red? ok ur time aspect)Β

Yeah the test really are bogus, why people make proper ones idk. I ALWAYS read up on things and decide from there, unless I want something specific - then I build around what I want.

Whenever I do take tests for things I always take multiple, and then thats my indicator. I find it better to get multiple views on many thing.

The thing i subscribe to say that heirs, like witches, change their aspect, with heirs being the passive of the pair. It also goes deep into things like selfish thinking and selfless thinking etc, its legit 4 essays and then some.
I don't mind the wall of text, really. I like reading and its not like I have anything better to do lmao

i usually get mind or heart (which kind of makes sense because they're sort of related so a dodgy test might mix em up)
the other factor might be because some of my qualities are of a different aspect??
like its kind of weird but different places say different things about the mind/heart aspects
eg. one says mind is about intuition, logical thinking, strategic thinking, and it says heart is about emotions and stuff
but the other says this

the place i usually go to, in a nutshell, described a thief of mind as someone who takes 'minds' (ideas, concepts, identities) and uses them for themself
and due to the fact im literally the human version of the facebook It's Complicated status, being a thief of mind certainly DOES work for me in a weird kind of sense

Wall incoming.
I get my aspect info from official sources (eg. extended zodiac and the comic) with limited speculation, but the classes I get from the source.
With the intuition, logical thinking stuff: first of all those two things are legit opposites, and they're actually not tied to aspects - they're prospit/derse things, respectively. One part of the official prospit description is "When making decisions Prospit Dreamers tend to rely on gut instinct and whatever emotions they are experiencing at the moment.", and for derse its "...but they are also great problem solvers, facing conflicts head-on with shrewd, calculating minds." So do with that as you will. (there is WAY more to lunar sway than just that, but i see this as an integral factor)
The description for Mind is:
"Those bound to the aspect of Mind are-you guessed it-the universe's great thinkers. But don't for a second think that means that they have all the answers. They are very concerned with remaining rational, and they have such a firm hold on the constant conjunction of their thinking that it's easy for them to see the multitudes of the choices laid out before them, which often leaves them frozen and unable to act. That said, when a Mind-bound finally launches into action, they can execute a plan with unbelievable grace and precision. Their identity is fluid-it can change from day-to-day, from thought-to-thought, from interaction-to-interaction. Remaining logical is more important to them than building up a solid foundation of "self." At their best they are great innovators, architects, and creators. At their worst they can be nasty, inflexible, and indecisive."
And for heart it's:
"Those bound to the aspect of Heart are very concerned with their favorite subject: themselves. It wouldn't be a stretch to call them 'self-obsessed', but not necessarily in a negative way. They simply want to understand the one thing we all are stuck with for our entire lives, i.e. our own minds. Forging an identity is extremely important to the Heart-bound, and every decision and action goes toward building a coherent narrative of their own story. That isn't to say Heart-bound don't care deeply for their friends and allies; they just have a tendency to assume that everyone is as concerned with identity as they are. They are excellent at putting on and taking off masks as the situation calls for them. At their best, they are competent, imaginative, and steady. At their worst they can be overbearing, inflexible, and cold."
Taking from this, Mind is more about thought and logic, whereas Heart is more about identity and, as the comic says, soul.
Onto the classes.
My source boils down to passive classes being more group-thinking and active classes more self-thinking, and the classes being on a see-saw with the closer the +/- pair is to the middle the easier they are at switching their thinking style. There's the "Create" pair (Maid (active) and sylph (passive)), the "Serve" pair (Page (active) and knight (passive)), the "Change" pair (Witch (active) and heir (passive)) ||the middle|| the "Know" pair (Mage (active) and seer (passive), the "Steal" pair (Thief (active) and rogue (passive)) and the "Destroy" pair (Prince (active) and bard (passive)). Lord and muse fall out of the see-saw, because they're unique and I don't feel I need to get into them.
From this, a Thief of Mind steals thoughts, plans, and the like, mostly for their own benefit (but can and will for others). The Heir of Mind changes thoughts, plans, etc. usually for other's benefit (but can and will for self).
I like to think myself an expert, but even I have to look stuff up sometimes.

hahah i get that. i originally wanted to be a thief/rogue so i had that in my mind for a while but turns out NOPE im the opposite of them.
what id suggest is to read this (aka official sources) and the one that resonates most with you is your aspect. your class, i find, can more easily be found once you know your aspect. this is because some classes have sort of "bonus features" that come with them. like the whole knight = mask thing. the change classes come to - in say way - embody their aspect (lots of people think thats just heirs, but nope! witches too), pages use their aspect to suit their needs (see jake knowing that jane likes him yet instead of inferring things from what she said when he confronted her, he used his own belief and blocked it out cos he didnt really want to go down that road with her, and also horuss (alpha indigo-blood) pretending he didnt hear rufioh when rufioh was breaking up with him, thus using void to suit his needs), and mages are a mess of bonus features.
