what camera do you have?..the settings are from the camera or photoshop?..what i appreciate the most at your photos is the clarity...i suppose that is a quality of the camera..am i right? .. :) (Smile)
i just have a nikon D40 - i can't obtain better pictures than those from my deviant account..

I got a Canon 5D Mk II for landscape photos. The sensor is full format so 3 times bigger than the D40 sensor, it's also another category or type of sensor with better quality than the crop sensors. The lense is not bad so I guess that's also a reason for the clarity. I also try to use the best camera settings for every scene, sometimes even with several exposures. Processing and especially sharpening is a quite big point if you want to achieve a very good clarity/sharpness.

I had a look at your photos and you got a good eye for subjects. I think you need another cam because the EXIF data shows me that you know what you're doing. So a cam with 14-18 MP could really improve the quality of your photos and maybe then a little different processing... =) (Smile)

Hey...Thanks a lot for the tip and for the feedback.. :) (Smile) ...I know that d40 is not so good..I have this camera for 6 years...and i really want to change it with another one. I want to buy a Nikon D7000 with kit 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR...It is not so good as Canon 5D Mk II...but it's cheaper.. About the processing...i know that some of my photos are bad processed...but the only thing that i can do in photoshop is playing with colors..i can't improve the quality of the photo with an editor.

Processing is always very important but you need a significiant higher resolution for almost every processing step, from increasing contrast to the big topic 'sharpness'. I bet you would really wonder how many cool improvements you can achieve with a higher resolution and just a few settings.
