anyway, on to what you asked for.

I actually tried something new for extracting her. In PS7, and perhaps PS6 though I'm not sure, has this Extraction tool under the Filters menu. I remember coming across a tutorial on a site last month about how to extract and it mentioned using the Extraction tool/filter. I didn't pay much attention to it, but the tut had an image of a woman and I remembered that she had wisps of hair that the tut took care of preserving. (You may be wondering through all this were the tut is, but unfortunatly I didn't save the site or anything so I dunno )

Basically, the tool/filter will tell you what to do. But in a quick run through, just highlight the edges of the character with the provided highlighter tool within the Extraction tool/filter. The usethe bucket tool to fill in within the highlighted area. This will be what will be preserved. Whatever is outside the highlighted border will be removed. In all, it's what allowed me to extract the strands of hair pretty nicely.

Anyway, just try it out and see

On another note, some admin by the name of Dygel removed several of my wallpapers! They're all Eva related too... I don't really care much cuz most of them sucked as they were my very first attempts at making walls, but a few of them I really liked so I'm gonna see if I can repost them with the admins ok.

I knew I had it coming...

indeed, I was afraid of that when I finished making the layout. like I said, it's all prototype so I'm more than likely gonna rework somethings; and then again, what I wrote in the About page did sound extremely extensive, especially for someone as amateaur in web design as I am. But hey, one can dream, can't they? and who knows, maybe that ideal might come true someday.
