How do ya get your icon to change pictures I can't load a gif file do you use some other type?

nope, it's a gif. it's really small though, i forget which site i used to make it, but i definitely downsized the original images to 50px/50px before combining them. most likely if it isn't letting you, it may just be because the file size is too large.
