I used to play 40K in 2nd edition and also more recently Warhammer Fantasy. I also used to play Warhammer Quest, Necromunda, Epic 40000 and Battlefleet Gothic - But no more.

I do manage a game of Epic:Armaggedon every few months; I think it's a really cool game system and I love the fact you get to play with proper sized armies!!! Oh, and TITANS!!!!

Warhammer Fantasy is suprisingly like 40K - the only real difference being the movement of regiments and the way combats are worked out.

I've seen the Titans for 40K; I think I prefer to have two, maybe three in an army, plus squadrons of super heavy tanks, regiments of artillery and companies of infantry flooding the field!!!

i was thinking about starting warhammer fantasy
i want to start a wood elf army consisting mostly of trees!

What I meant was that in an Epic army you can flood the battlefield with huge war machines and it doesn't cost you much money-wise!

I always wanted to do a Nid army for 40K but never got round to it, been playing Nids in Epic though and they kick arse for the hive mind!!!

Its a hard question about whether I prefer 40K or fantasy. I started playing 2nd ed 40K and feel they ruined it with the newer rules, it simplified to game too much for me. I think I prefer the fluff and fiction of 40K and the game mechanics of Fantasy.

I've had many a Fantasy army sir - High Elves, Chaos Dwarfs, Undead and Wood Elves.

The green-skins are pretty cool in fantasy, they're a fun army to play with or against. So random!!

Indeed I do use a tablet, a Wacom.
