I like your painted mask picture.
Your types of dream experiences are interesting.
I have always dreamed often and, after years of practising, I can mostly remember them.
Some people have dreams with a repetitive theme but I don't.
Usually my dreams are analytical versions of what's going on in my life at the time. They often help me with another way of looking at things.
Very often they are humorous ways of looking at things and can be so ridiculous that I actually wake up laughing my head off.

That's nice to see an alternative version of our current life. Helpful, true. I'm rarely get this kind of dreams. Somehow most of my dreams are far from the real life. Who knows why.
Your words made me think of that dream where I was chewing a corner of a closet and it tasted lite a lettuce. I was thinking 'Wow, why I've never tried to eat it before?' I woke up laughing. The closet is in my room for real. So, I still laugh from time to time when I'm hungry and happen to look at it.

Thanks jennystokes. It's good to share an interest. In the main animals have a natural piety - they do what they are programmed to do - that which is wired in. Human beings have a choice and often use it badly. Just my opinion.
