Yepp, of course it is! And I like going there because I don't feel like people are judging each other that much, you know? When I was in Berlin, some Punks went to the McDo and nobody stared at them, even though their hair was pink, blue, green or whatever! It made me feel all "baaaw ;w;" (I couldn't find the right word, sorry XD)

But I understand what you say, since it's the same here >_< Last time I went to Paris, some japan-freaks (who weren't even in cosplay) were laughing a bit loud and a little girl was looking at them, since they weren't dressed like 'usual people'; her mother told her not to look at them because they're weren't interesting and didn't have any kind of importance. I was like, "is that the way people see us?", but happily I get to meet nice people too \o/ (like this man from another country who asked my friends and I if it was a kind of carnival in town... but we were just going to LM.C's concert, wearing some colourful clothes. ^^'
