it's just a bunch of bio, and chem, and japanese that is the real load of work. But by far biology takes up alotta time in college. in HS it was nothing, but it's really in depth and requires a bunch of studying, especially since it's not really my main focus by I must get my bio and chem over with.

and yea, the problem is I don't get motivated to study enough lol and then it's not so good. haha. but yea finals can be stressful if the weight of the final is huge on your grade. it depends on the class too. but like ya. honestly  it's that I don't really feel like I want to study but I need to so, I kinda just put less stuff in the way that way I have less distractions too. It's a bit crazy but I just have to survive these two hell weeks. and then freedom until january!!! which is super nice! cause then I can get stuff done!

but it's really all in the major/minor you pick/get stuck with lol

There's not really much you can do about that, to be honest. Pretty sure everyone (besides the nerds lol) feel that way about studying. A lack of passion and interest could be the problem, if you're interested in trying to solve it... But that's probably obvious. XD

lol that's not how it works. plus I don't have to pay a cent due to scholarships. 
and yes all colleges have mandatory classes depending on your major. like you have to take certain classes to fulfill your degree, you can't just take whatever you want and then expect a degree like that.

anyway there are certain things that go along with majors. like for instance, if you are taking biology as a major you must take chemistry as a minor unless you trade it for something similar or something like that.

but also because I am doing forensics criminology, the forensics part is the sciencey part so i would have to take some science anyway, but biology is pretty rigorous as well as chemistry. that's why you have a lot of people come in as biology majors and then they change. 

but i've never had to work really hard at school a day in my life until college lol. like high school was a breeze in classwork compared to the studying in bio and chem that I do. but everything else is pretty good. but then again everything comes with a price XD

no it's called academic scholarships! lol for the nerds, in fact there are more scholarships for the nerd people than anything. lol and nahh i am too lazy for sports the only sport i was ever good at was colorguard( you know the people throwing flags and riffles with the band and stuff)

lol but ya it's waaayyy better than highschool, if you're lucky you can get classes that start after 9 or even start after noon if that's what you want. i mean it really depends on the classes but it's pretty nice!~ and plus you can eat lunch whenever and stuff like there's not a set time unless you have a class soon afterwards.
the only thing different is the workload depending on what classes you take.

yes and no. it depends on what kind of forensiscs you want to go into and stuff, and the forensics coroner does autopsy it really depends on what feild in forensics you choose lol.

omg ahhh lol. its because colorguard was originally from colorguard from like the rotc colorguard and then it evolved into what it is today. so thats why they have riffles and such as well. 

and no. the only "sport" i like watching is colorguard because sometimes its really amazing and they can have a really moving show and stuff. but other than that no. like i don't watch the olympics or anything like that. but i do sometimes like to watch ice skating. but meh to like everything else. like i hate watching basketball or baseball and stuff.

but like a lot of poorer guards won't have them because they are super expensive. Like they're more expensive than a new flag, or riffle. So a bunch of under funded guards don't have them. but they're pretty cool.

but it's much easier if your counselor helps you... though, it is possible for you to find them on your own, like if you do all the hard work and look out for them, but maybe your school band director can help you with learning about music scholarships and stuff? and i'm not sure, as for me because I'm only taking one music class, and we just performed at one concert, but that was it. But idk, if it were me, I'd much rather perform and memorize music than study for a bio or chem final lol XD

It depends, your school might have the cheaper ones, but they range from the $50-150 and such. It is still more costly since pole are $10 and the flags/silks are an average of like $45, and rifles are around $30-40. I know lol cause when I was captain of my colorguard I had to take care of inventory, and also the buying of new items and new equipment.

ohh yeasss... like omg it was a bunch of work. I became captain my second year in guard because I tried out for captain and got Co Captain but then the Captain quit and I was then the Captain, well it really sucked because I hadn't a clue what I needed to do and there was no one who could help me out, so I had to figure it out as I was going along and it was awful. There was one girl who hated me because she wasn't captain and was older than me. But she didn't try out so meh, and she gave me such a hard time. And then omg our band director was sooo lazy too like he didn't pick out the music until a week before band season. It was Awful. Like omg I had to come up with 3 3minute routines and it was very hard cause we had to work around the band because the band didn't really know what they were doing... it was kinda annoying and stuff. it was really hard, and stuff but i got through it. Like then I had to order and take care of uniforms and new equipment and take inventory and all that other stuff and it took alot of time. But it was really just time consuming, if I didn't love colorguard I would've quit cause alot of the girls in guard would bully me and be so rude to me, but it was just meh, the people in guard. But everything was alot of work. hahaha.

and i'm not really familiar with it either but we're playing a peice by Handel. so i guess he does baroque? i think? haha XD

haha by no means was it not that bad, I thought about quitting every so often. I really did. all the time, but I was the best and I liked to teach them stuff because it would look good on my resume and also that the guard later would become better, unfortunately it hasn't gotten any better and is actually spiraling down hill...

And no not anything like that. Based upon the piano music I play large rolled chords for my harp. So my large chords go along with everything, but I don't have to play anything fast and I can play really whatever the heck I want so as long as it goes with the music. XD

I've only heard the harp being used as a soothing instrument. And I don't really remember if it was that way in the video you sent me a while back. And I think you're talking about the organ. It's got like, two or three (don't remember) sets of keys, usually in the formation of stairs almost. Does that ring any bells?

No I had like the hitman kinda rep, I was super classy but also dangerous, So I wasn't like a thug with no class, I got class and skills yo! haha and plus I was trusted by the important people in the school so that's all that counted really haha XD

and ahh yeah it was short but yea it's only a few pages long. and no It wasn't particularly hard, I played that back when I was in 8th grade/9th grade. and moved onto other things. lol and it depends on the tecnique used and also how big your hand is. If you have a smaller hand you'll use your fourth finger but if you have a larger hand, you'll use your middle finger. I tend to overstretch when I use my ring finger. But it also depends on how far apart the strings are, there's a rule lol. and harpists don't use the pinky haha

But yeah At my middle school I purposely did stuff to piss off the administration cause they hated me from the 4th and 5th grade and so I made them all hate me throughout middle school. But then in highschool, all the teachers were cool with me and I had the trust of the vice principle and the principle, and a bunch of the more influential teachers. So it all worked out for me in highschool. XD


and you can't really pluck a string with your pinkie, if you think about it, it's just kinda logical, like the pinkie is shorter and doesn't have as wide of a surface area as the rest of the fingers and also with technique, it's just not practical and I think that it really would slow you down if you did try and use the pinkie.

Ayyy haha, first time meeting someone that's not an Atheist! It's almost refreshing, in a way. I'm pretty sure no one I meet believes in God because of teen angst, but it's still a little strange how many people don't believe in God anymore. Well, it's kinda weird saying that, since I'm not particularly a believer either. Damn you cynicism!

No faaaaaaaaaaaair! My middle school staff didn't even know I existed! Or my Elementary school staff! I've always been the quiet kid that no one knew. Even teachers forgot my name, and I officially became known as Allen EVEN THOUGH MY NAME IS CLEARLY AARON. Feelsbadman ;-;

I get that it sounds logical, but isn't there ever a situation where another finger is necessary? 'Cuz it's like that on the piano. While you can generally play stuff without your pinky by using your ring finger instead, it's literally impossible to play harder pieces without using your pinky. So I kinda figured that it would be a bit of a hassle to not have the extra finger. But maybe since it's a string instrument, movements such as strumming can probably fix it, right?

lol if people don't wanna be friends with me cause I'm catholic, then that's too bad for them. I don't mind if others believe or not, haha but meh. it is what it is.

Friends are really valuable, though. They're not just things you can have that easily, and it's a little hard to have that type of bond with someone that thinks your beliefs are false, y'know? 'Course, exceptions always exist, but that's how the majority works.

When I'm a rich, sexy grown man, they'd...probably still think my name is Allen. XD PRIVATE SCHOOL!? ARE YOU RICH?! NO WONDER YOU COULD AFFORD THAT HARP! AND THAT ONE THING YOU MADE A JOURNAL ENTRY ABOUT!

Huh. That's a little weird, but I never played a harp so I guess my opinions are easily dismissed. lol

and yea i guess lol. not to be mean or anything, but most people don't know alot about harps so they assume things and really just don't know. ahaha
