I've never experienced such demotivating feedback before in my whole 'career' and it honestly felt like my dreams were crashing before me. Worst of all, it hurts to even look upon my idol, Vivziepop, anymore as the looming notion of 'copying' is always in the back of my head now. Ah, I used to have the same confusion as well. To use folders and organize your art stuff the way you'd like, you first must sign in on DeviantArt through a PC or MAC computer and not a mobile device for reasons I'm unaware of. From there you get a new format and seemingly endless new features and shortcuts across the app compared to the Mobile version. Now, I believe it's located somewhere in your account personalization settings and when found you will rework and adjust all your current art to fit the folders and sections of your creation and choosing. From then on when you submit new art you can choose which respective folder(s) to store and display your work in c:

With your pencil works, I'd like to see a little more range in your shading (though I do love your toning already) just to have the darker areas a little darker, and feel them really pop with 3D effect
