I have admired a lot of your work (particularly with the clone troopers.). The way you draw them and add emotion and ambience to them is extraordinary, and is most memorable. I have taken a liking to almost all of your clone characters, and they are truly interesting.

I am quite sure I could find the answer to this if I poked around a bit more, but do you currently take commissions? Or are you planning to at some point?Β

No problem! I was going through my favorites earlier and saw a few of your pieces, thought I'd check back in and see the rest of the gallery and was surprised more of it wasn't in my faves already. Again, I absolutely love your technique (big impressionism fan here) the texture of the brushstrokes, the composition, some truly stunning color palettes. Β Your work is simply a joy to look at. Β Keep at it, your work is amazing

I highly doubt that you need any suggestions, but recently I was imagining the team's reaction if Snow was captured. I... feel like I should explain more, but I really don't know what to say. XD

No problem at all, don't apologize. Β Life on my end's been a bit crazy outside of fanart, and I've not had a chance to really sit down and respond to everyone until very recently. Β It's my fault for letting my inbox accumulate. Β I've still got an avalanche of notes and responses from ongoing conversations to respond to, so if you've sent me one, bear with me, and I'll get to it as soon as I can.Β *if I don't get buried under messages and a steaming pile of guilt first...*

Thank you for the favorites, it really means ever so much to me that you enjoy my artwork! I invite you to add me to your watch so that you can see all the future beaded and stitched pieces I have planned! Just think of the sparkles...

No problem! Such stunning, intricate work! I have basic knowledge of sewing skills to patch stuff, maybe assemble a costume or two, but stuff like crochet, needlepoint mixed with bead-work Β - I haven't the knack for it (though not for a frustrating lack of trying). You certainly have a gift, and a lovely one at that. I look forward to seeing more of your creations!

Hello to you, I've recently found your Star Wars works, and hope that you may help me and give me certain pointers to an OC character of my own. From your works, I've noticed how you have both expertly explained and written out your characters, and have brought them to life through your art. You are able to convey their emotions, and reveal them as if they had been photo's.....what I mean to say is that you do a REALLY great job of explaining the situation, and have thoroughly thought each scenario, making your characters reasons for doing what they do more deep and meaningful. What I wish to know is your opinion on an OC, and if there is any advice you could give me to improve on said character, and make his development more realistic. If you are willing just reply to this message, or send a note, though I'd honestly would prefer the note to keep my OC my OC.
If you are willing to help, I'd be very grateful.

CS5 if that helps narrow it down. I'm also fond of Corel Draw. Mostly getting the initial gesture and details in are the important bits. The rest is just refining and rendering.

hey, just wondering what your thoughts are on this
I have a Jedi in mind that uses the forces to quite literally liquefy a persons' internal organs, he's also not the most mentally stable man in the universe, what with him being completely insane and suffers from consent nightmares, who more often then not makes quite horrifying artworks depicting virtually everything in the most horrific and twisted way imaginable... what's your thoughts on this and how do you think most Star Wars characters would think of him?
π: 0 β©: 1
ZetsubouZed In reply to drivanmoffitt [2016-02-21 17:11:47 +0000 UTC]
I have pondered your query, and here is the impression I have so far of this character:
First off, liquefying someone's innards is a nightmare-inducing ability in it's own right - even if the person capable of doing so was a complete cinnamon roll that did so by accident during self-defense.
If this is what happened to cause him to become mentally unstable to begin with, I can understand him being haunted about this, but not that he would continue to exercise this power. Β Maybe he is on a revenge-quest of sorts, and this is the worst fate he could imagine to bring about justice, but I don't know the context of his story.
That said, if he is a Jedi, he would not choose revenge. But if he is in a similar context to Anakin - slipping to the dark side while within the Order, then perhaps this is the story of his transition to complete madness.
And yes, I imagine his artwork would be quite graphic.
As for "most Star Wars characters" this is a rather wide range. Β There are too many to list, not to mention they all possess wildly unique personalities, motivations, and perceptions of morality. It also depends greatly on his personality, whether or not he flaunts all that crazy or keeps it concealed to avoid suspicion.

drivanmoffitt In reply to ZetsubouZed [2016-02-22 02:30:03 +0000 UTC]
ah, well the guy been having nightmares sense he was a kid, and over time those consistent nightmares broken his sanity and drove him insane, yet sane enough to Β talk to people and the like, but he does try to conceal his insanity for the most part, but it does have a happen of showing itself in either bizarre or horrific ways.
He accidentally discovered this ability when he was defending himself from a group of Death Watch when he, his best friend and (sociopathic) brother crushed landed on Mandalore and he rarely uses it, but uses it on people that he tried to kill numerous times
but fail to either capture or kill them, basically, he uses it as a last resort.
He is a member of the Jedi Order, but he does tend to question alot of it's teachings and more in the belief that the Force is nature as a whole, in the sense that it's both light and dark, thus, when you try to have it go one end, beit light or dark, you create imbalances in the force, eventually, he came to the belief that one must have both dark and light sides of the force to have true balance, basically, he's a gray jedi.Β
yeah, he also tend to paint the Chancellor as a demon more often then not, with one showing him in a throne made of skulls with bodies everywhere with him smiling in a very sadistic way...
hm... how about most members of the Order? at least, the ones mentioned
