so here it goes.
the time where Youkai don`t exist, Zamoha was a god and she got so many angels as her servant, Zena was a very powerful good cute angel so that`s why Zamoha always praise Zena but there was a lazy angel named Matricia UnderFeather, she was the worst angel because she is lazy and stubborn and then Matricia was so jealous to Zamoha and then Matricia left the country, Matricia betrayed Zamoha and she became part of the darkness, Matricia went to japan as her own new homeland, she creates the 4 demons to imitate Satan`s powers, she created the Elite 4 demons of japans, they are Zurarihyon, Zangguromaru, Sariel and Shinki as the 4 most powerful demons and then Matricia is trying to create a group of demon army known as Youkai, she will clone the youkais to attack all humanity.

5000 years later, there was a shrine maiden named Hakurei Miko will save the day, she killed over millions of youkai then finally she will face-off the elite 4 youkai but she failed, Hakurei Miko didn`t died, she was imprisoned in Kyoto. but then a little purple hair girl named Hakurei Reimu is Miko`s Successor, during the Highly Responsive to prayers, she finally defeated Sariel but she was sealed, then on Mystic square, she finally defeated Shinki but the problem is her powers were not enough to beat Zurarihyon and Zangguromaru because their both very powerful demons, all she have to do is train harder to become stronger, later she sealed Mima to prevent chaos on Gensokyo, eventually Reimu changed her hair color and wear some new clothes, from now on, The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil begins, and move on and on and on, after the Ten Desires, she is getting stronger and stronger but when it moves on, on TH 29 : Rise of the Forgotten Youkai in Gensokyo, Reimu will faced-off a Youkai from Kyoto and she was very powerful her name is Rikuo Shakuza, but she was defeated by Reimu, Rikuo convinced Reimu about to turn all youkai into humans in Gensokyo, to approve this kind of situation, Reimu must challenge the Densetsuhou alliance and God, then TH 30 : The End of Gensokyo begins, Reimu, Marisa and the rest of Gensokyo residence will fight against the Densetsuhou alliance, 5 stages later, They are inside in Densetsuhou`s core base to destroy it then the Stage 6 boss named Megara is planning to stop the youkai from Gensokyo from Shikieki Yamaxanadu can`t fight because she can`t fight her childhood friend, after Megara was defeated, Shikieki was crying, then the core was destroyed, Shikieki died, that day Gensokyo was wrecked by Densetsuhou Alliance, so many youkai from Gensokyo died (except PC-98 characters because they are outside of Gensokyo including Yuuka kazami) the only Youkai survivors of Gensokyo were Cirno, Patchouli, Sakuya, Chen, Alice, Youmu, Ran, Yukari, Keine, Mokou, Rinnosuke, Nitori, Sanae, Byakuren and Toyosatomimi no Miko. Marisa and the others must defeat the Captain Commander of Densetsuhou alliance, later the commander was defeated by marisa and suddenly an angel named Zena appears to punish the commander for being a failure, Zena turn the commander into a cat and now Zena will take care to exterminate all youkai in Gensokyo then they died, the only survivors were Reimu, Marisa, Sakuya, Youmu, Keine, Mokou, Rinnosuke and Sanae.

they must defeat Zena but Zena is to powerful and so insane, and finally Marisa must unleash her full power to spam bomb and shoot her Master Spark in full power directly to Zena and then Zena got scratched a little and she flew away, later Gensokyo became a total wasteland then Reimu met god named Zamoha, Zamoha is attacking Reimu but Reimu was frightened at Zamoha`s attack because it is insane and beyond god-like, Reimu got no choice but to unleash her final trump card, maximize her bombs, activate trance mode without limitations, Reimu attack really hard but Zamoha didn`t get a scratch because she is a god and the Zamoha must use her gigantic ball of light and then it stop, Zamoha really loves Reimu so they became friends, Zamoha will use her god powers to revive Gensokyo then later on Gensokyo was finally revived and kinda different because Gensokyo is now a new paradise for humans then all youkai from gensokyo became humans like the scarlet sisters, chen, yakumo sisters, tewi, reisen, eirin, kaguya and the rest of the youkai who died were ressurected into humans and ta-dah! Reimu is now very happy and she got a brand new house because her shrine was upgraded into a big beautiful house and Zamoha donate 5 trillion yen to Reimu for the lulz, Reimu became best friends to Zamoha and Marisa became best friend to Zena. Reimu and the rest will relax in peace.

but it`s not over yet, there was a remaining youkai all around in japan and PC-98 characters were missing, Reimu changed her appearance into a regular high school girl, she is no longer a shrine maiden, she is a very powerful girl with godly powers, her spellcards were learned by Zamoha`s moves, then Marisa is no longer a magician, she grew angel wings to have more powers, she wears a high school uniform and still wearing a witch hat and her spellcards were learned by Zena`s moves, and now Future Reimu, Future Marisa, Future Sanae, Future Sakuya, Future Youmu and the new girl named Kirarin will exterminate all youkai all around japan, they must annihilate them all, then long long adveture eventually later, Reimu, Marisa, Sanae, Sakuya, Youmu and Kirarin will go to Kyoto as a final battlefield were Kyoto Youkai were beyond more powerful than could ever be, they must defeat them all and challenge the Elite 4 demons then finally they must defeat Matricia UnderFeather as the true final enemy then the Youkai became extinct then Matricia was imprisoned, if that happens, Reimu`s adventure of youkai extermination ends.

this is how the story is (using my own imagination but i don`t own touhou because it was owned by ZUN, this is just a fanfiction story, the other details are extremely long and kinda very long to read it).
