You're welcome - i liked all your art styles.
AFAIR i found you through a comment you made on an artwork from a MtG artist where you sad he's your idol.
I think you're already really good yourself, the only thing i'm missing a bit is the shading of your more realistic works to give them more depth.
But who am i to judge, i haven't uploaded shit and can't even draw remotely as good - i'd be perfectly happy with your skills, but if you got that far, why not reach for more, right?

First off, thank you so much for putting time and thought in your reply! Secondly, I am curious as to know what artist did I leave that kinda comment on and what the comment was haha. I find that there are many many super heroes roaming in the dark corridors of deviant art...many of them I idolize ^^
Thirdly! you're actually totally right on the shading. spot on. I never would have seen in if you hadn't mentioned it. I was always quite happy with the piece, but now I do find that it's too grey and needs to be darkened. It's surprising because the original drawing shows a lot more contrast, but I don't think I could have gone darker with the pencils I had (8B). Maybe I should have played around with some scanner settings.
Finally, I'm keeping my eyes peeled for your artwork! so get cracking!

Thanks for the in-depth reply, too!
I'm not entirely sure which artist it was. It might have been Svetlin Melinov, since i remember browsing his stuff, on top of that you fav'd his artwork for the Return to Ravnica Assassin Token.
I didn't mean to make you think less of your artwork, but if i somehow helped you notice how to improve it that's a good thing, right? I'd say it's normal and sometimes even a sign of progress for artists to find something they don't like about their old drawing or or consider a flaw when they look at it after a certain period of time.
But in this case the way you explained it, it was maybe just the scanner setting that made it lose some depth. I don't know, i never saw the original
Although i'm suprised you could not have gone darker with an 8B pencil, isn't that the softest (and therefore potentially darkest) pencil you could ask for?

Sorry I'm taking so long to reply!
In any case, I really do appreciate all tips and will work on shading ^^
But the 8B pencil was so soft that I could not press too much and it's still a pencil so it remains grey?
When I played with some constrast options.
Below is the updated version, let me know what you think!
