The travel was awesome! One of the most beautiful places on earth and good weather all the way! I made a lot of pictures and I was beautiful landscape! But Norway is sooooo expensive T,T. If it wasn't for the money, I think I could live there. And the people are soo nice

Well I did taste/eat some local food but my tummy wasn't that happy about it. 3 kinds of salt mashed together with a lot of salt... Not such a good idea when your tummy is completely empty. 

Norway is a very expensive country becaus the people get paid very well. We spoke a Norwegian student who told us that as a student, you really need to work because otherwise you can't afford anything. Even a simple breakfast out of the supermarked (2 single small breads, some cheese and 2 youghurts) was almost 12 euro's! (Not quite sure if you're familiar with euro's but a euro is a bit more than one dollar. So maybe 15 dollars? 

What kind of money do you actually have in El Salvador? XD

Well here we have the dollar xD here we usually eat breakfast for $ 1.50 (two pupusas and a bottle juice) so for me 15 dollars is extremely expensive xD

Well I do believe their study system is like ours in the Netherlands. The Government makes sure you can study and gives you most of the money you need for your college ect. But like I said, the food is extremely expensive. So if you want to have a nice life beside studying, you really need to find some work.

Oh cool, but I don't think they are the same dollars as in the USA right? But it is of equal value?

Thats so great!! here if you can´t pay you can´t study :S because my country doesn´t have enough money to pay all children´s studies

It would be nice to find a job and be able to taste that food!!

Well its the same value xD we used to have ous own coin, it was called the "colón" but they replaced it for the dollar because it was losing value.

You know, I started another cycle in the university xD and my sis is looking for a job now
I hope to be able to learn a lot the only problem is that Im having classes so early O.O and Im really bad at waking up early xD xD

Well the government pays a part of it yes. And as a student we can travel from monday till friday free with all public transport in the Netherlands. In weekend we get a 40% discount

I surely hope everything goes very good at the university! Keep doing awesome stuff I'm and do your very best every day, because so will I
Haha, well luckily I still have my room in Breda, so I only need to get up at 8:00 and start school at 09:35 XD

I just started school this last week and me and my friends have to make a small animation/film within a week for a weird festival in the city XD As a concept, we decided to use a crazy psycho green llama who eats people... just whait for the ending result XD It's going to be crazy!!!!

Hehehe its really early xD I have been oversleeping xD now I get uo at 4:30 xD

Well here is called: "Cultural central" and its a place where you can go to learn artistic abilities like painting, musical instruments, dancing and others. They also have a library in which my sis is working she is helping to give order to some books and to organize them for people to go and find them easy
In that place they often have presentations of paintings and all that. That was the place where I went to learn how to play the guitar (well the little I know n.n´)
Also where my sis attended to singing classes xD

I cut out the girl form the original footage and placed her in this alley. I also did some technical support for the other groupmembers, because I was the one with the most experience in the programme we used.

I just started my second year at he academy and it's awesome! We've got character design, and right now we have to make an 2d animation for about 45-60 seconds. I'm going to make a dragon, but because I never really did any 2d animation before, it's going to be quite a challenge XD

And you? What kind of lessons will you have next school year?

Woahhhhh, those lessons sounds dificult to me XD I remember having some sort of basic lessons at highschool about hydraulics, electronis and other stuff, but I was never very good at it XD You don't see much lady's doing this kind of jobs, I think it's awesome!

Yes, I'm going to make the dragon in 2d, but it's very difficult. It's not only drawing 12,5 pictures a second, but it's all about the movevent, emotions, bodylanguage and weight what makes a character comes to live... It's hard work and I don't even know if I will make it in time because my classmates all have more experience with the 2d programma and I don't T,T But I will give it my very best like always!

I'm also doing a lesson philosofical politics. It's a lot of work (in one week we had to make an entire raport and a presentation). I'm working with 2 classmates of mine, but they kind of lack the discipline and focus to do their part properly. So I feel like i'm kind of a teacher right now. Everything they write, they will send it to me first to check if it's correct what they are doing >,>. If they just listened to the teacher in leasson when he was explaining things, I didn't had to do almost al of the work... Ah well, after tomorrow I'm hopefully done with the hard work for politics

Oh nooos, how is the turle doing? I tought dogs would normally leave them alone, maybe he only wanted to play with it?

Im trying my best my friends help me a lot with the heavier things xD I love electronics a lot so Im really enjoying it!!!

I love how 2d animations really give the characters that heavy look while moving. They look almost real xD that´s something that you can´t see on anime xD

Oh my working with classmates like that is really stressing :S for me thats really common, most of my classmates like to leave homework for the last days and its really difficult to get them done in one night

I think you mean 3d animation with weight right? Next periode we will learn how to use Maya, a 3d computer animation pragramme, I can't whait!
I finished my moving storyboard and all the other homework I could possible think of of doing this next three weeks.... so I have no other option than face the 2d animation work flow T,T I'm not good at drawing perspectives, so it's going to be a hard time XD

Luckily we all passed the presentation (I got a higher grade than my colegues because I did a better job at presentation - and I did almost all of the work). Our paper will be graded next thursday I think... I really hope it's alright and we don't need to do it over.

Well a whole week a long time, so I think she's going to be alright, but keep checking she doesn't get any infections. Those are the dangerous parts of a healing wound... But I'm sure she is in good hands of you and your family Please forgive Jacky, I'm sure he was just playing

Ofcourse you get good grades, I think, not sure, that you're kind of like me. There is always time for some fun, but work en getting things done is very important as well, and you take it seriously. Next monday I have to do my presentation about my 2D animation with the dragon. When it's done, I will show it to you. Right now I'm still preparing things.

How is the turtle doing? Is she feeling a lot better lately, or is it the same?

We did had a few days the last few weeks that were actually really sunny and warm, but right now it's getting cold again and rainy I don't like it, it makes me feeling even more cold than I'm doing always. I even got a sack that you put in the microwave for 1-2 minutes so it gets warm and I can put it in my bad so I wont have cold feet at night XD I can't sleep when I have those..

So you will have vacation soon right? I still have to get used to it that you're having different holiday seasons that I do XD Or am I mistaking again?

Vacation in one month! Oh my, you're so lucky XD I had one week off, but that was more of a 'let's work on school at home' week. So it wasn't really relaxed XD I also went to an animation festival in the Netherlands. I go every year if I can, and this year there was Ben Hibon. He is the creator of the animation scene in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 1. The name of the animation is The Three Brothers, I think you must have seen it. I also talked to him briefly and I got his autograph! My presentation went very well! I got two sevens and two eight. I also got a six for a personal essey I wrote, which had absolutely nothing to do with my project

I also read the last chapter of naruto.. I was kind of sad when it ended... 15 years. Thouhg I've only been in the Naruto world for about 6 years I sort of liked the idea of a happy ending and Naruto is just awesome with his short hair and being Hokage. But their children... I'm already thinking of where you can stay. (our house if very small and we don't have any extra spare rooms , but maybe perhaps we could change the studyroom? My grandma is living in there right now because she just came out of the hospital) Or are you going to visit with your family? If you would come some day, that would be so awesome!

I would show you all the awesome places in the Netherlands! Amsterdam, de Zaanse Schans, Volendam, maybe we could even visit The Efteling which is one of the most beautifull and best amusement parks in the Netherlands!

My grandma got a heartsurgery on two places. So now she will be staying with us for a while for observation and to take care of her. But she is very strong and after a day she was walking already! Unbelievable at an age of 83

Rembember that Holland is very cold and sometimes rainy XD It's not the nice weather like in El Salvador, haha. You will be needing thick pull overs and  jackets and scarfs! It also depends on when you would like to visit ofcours. I have understand that the weather is getting warmer each year

Yes, the Efteling is a fairytale park with all kinds of fairytailes attractions. The park is really beautifull to walk trough and there is so much to do!

My grandma is doing all right seen the surcumstances. She is really tired and eats a lot, but she is doing fine

Right now it's soooo cold in the Netherlands My room in Breda isn't very good isolated, so every evening I wear my pajama underneath a thick pullover and a sports pants. With of course thick fluffy socks and house shoes XD Luckily I have a really warm blanked on my bed, so i'm nicely warm during the night. But when I'm on my bicycle to school, my fingers and ears are almost freezing off. (sometimes in a hurry, I forget to take on my handgloves and hood XD)

If nececary, we could also stay at my room in Breda. It's a bit bigger, but there is not much we can do there... But if I can get a car, we can travel more easily trough the country... or we need to go by train XD So manny tnings to do!

I'm not quite sure when it will be the best time to come actually. During summer I have a long holiday and I don't need to go anywhere so far as I know But I don't know how it matches your holiday

And the efteling is really beautiful. In summer it's nice weather and warm, and during winter there is a Winter theme trough the park! There are fireplaces, decorations, beautifull lights hanging in the tree and much more!

Did you finally pass your exams? Are you having holliday already?

Yes, we are one of the greatest bicycle countries in the world! Maybe China or some other big Azian countries are bigger ones, but if you look at how much people there are in our country and how many of them have bikes... the average is I believe 1 or 2 per person XD I love cycling. It's great to get year head clear, and when it's cold, you will get it warm in nog time while cycling up to school XD It's lovely! Oh my, is it that dangerous to go by bike in your country?

Haha, well a train can be easily arranged XD I also believe that the Netherlands is one of the top countries of railway per Km2 in the world xD Lots and lots of them xD There is a railway right across our backyard. It's not for persons, but for coals for the local factory that's nearbye. Most of the coals are comming form Australia and are shipped to Antwerpen in Belgium. Because I live near the border of Belgium, the train comes bye everyday

My vacations will be between June and half August I believe, it could be little later of a litte earlier, but June I'm definitly free

And the weather will be around 20 I believe yes. Sometimes colder, sometimes warmer XD But we also have a lot of rain T,T luckily not as much in summer, but there is always a change of bad weather in the Netherlands.

Enjoy your holiday my dear friend! I will be working hard these few weeks. We are making a puppet animation with set and lamps and all. I need to confess that I don't really like it at all, I'm more a pc animator, but it's a great experience and with my friends I'm having a lot of fun making it

Yay!!! and its almost Christmas Yentl!!! how are you having that holiday?!! I  know you will be having a great time with your family and friends!!

Oh my really?? thats amazing!! That means that your country cares a lot about environment and also there must be a lot of beautiful places that you can visit like that  
Oh yeah believe me that here is not that safe :S but not everything is like that there are some places where you can go and have a great time in your bike, the problem is that for us is not that close to Santa Ana. 
So when you are heading to the university you go cycling?

Oh my Netherlands has a lot to offer!! Trains must be fast xD I can´t imagine to get somehow dizzy on my first time xD 
Thats sounds like fun!! you can get to see them as they pass from one country to another xD and must be sooo largeee!!!
Here in El Salvador some time ago there were a lot of trains, but suddenly they got discontinued , maybe because it was too expensive to have them.
In some museums you can get to see some parts of those that were trains, also when Im traveling to San Salvador I pass through one of the railways xD

Oh my June??!! do you also have vacations on July?? xD because for me by that time is the end of a cycle in the university and maybe I can get to travel by that time xDD I just hope my dad let me!!!
Hehehe so it will be just like here xD sometimes rainy and sometimes warm xD

Well we try to save as much environment as we can ofcourse. There is a small lake near our house and a small wood as well But because we live in a small country, almost everything is full with buildings and houses. There are also a lot of cars, but we try to go with public transport as much as possible. Especially the students in the Netherlands use the public transport a lot! It's almost like a tradition. It already start at primairy school. Ofcourse when you're young you are mostly taken by car by your parents, but the distance is not so big most of the times. Every one starts cycling We even have an official cycling exam at the primairy school XD 
But the cycling really starts the moment you go to highschool! I had to travel 45 - one hour to get to school! But you go with a lot of friends and half of the town is cycling with you XD I miss those days.. my condition is soo bad right now T,T
And when we go to college or university we mostly go by bus and train, because the schools are mostly in the big cities. A lot of us also find a room near their school like I did. I had to travel at least 2 hours to school and back was most of the time even longer. If you have to do that everyday and you have a lot of homework and projects, it's getting almost to much handle XD And because I live so close to my school now, I cycle every day to it (it's only 15 minutes)

A lake? thats great! so you can visit it whenever you like right? xD and is it so close you can visit it cycling? xD
Our countries share that then, here, specially in San Salvador you can see a lot of buildings, cars and buses. 

Public transport is the cheapest way to go to school xD here most of the students use it, no matter of you are at the university or at high school.
A cycling exam?? thats soo awesome!! I´ve never heard something like that, so its like a tradition too?
Making friends like that must be exciting  

Oh no don´t say that Don´t worry everything will get better  
Yeaah I can imagine how difficult is to travel that much everyday luckily you are now on a place near the university Now you can cycle!!

Well, there is a fishing lake (unfortunatly you need a paper to legally fish there, my boyfriend has one, and in summer we are going there often , He taught me how to fish as well XD I have a small fishing rod for very small fish, while he has a huge one for bigger fish). But we also have another lake near our home. You still need to cycle to get there (you could walk, but it would take you a while to get there). 

After two weeks of holiday, I'm now back to school and still working on the puppet animation.. Yesterday didn't go to well, I already apologied to my team members and friends for being grumpy and nagging. I always need time to get into the rithm again and animate a full day. Today went much better We got to shoot 3 scenes and it's looking better now

And I want to thank you as well for al your support for me. Nor only this past year, but every year since I've met you I have said it before and I will say it again, you're always kind to me and believe in me even if I don't do it myself :3 You're an importand and special friend Cecy, thank you 

I hope we will meet soon I'm having summer vacation from June till mid August. If it's not possible for you to come this summer, I'm sure we will meet sometime in the (near) future

A fishing lake?? heey people always say that fishing its boring, but it isn´t right? I can imagine how exciting must be to catch big fish!!!! Have you catch a lot of fish the time you go??
The best thing is that you don´t need to carry many things to go fishing Just the rod and some little fish
And you can swim in the lake???  
Here in my country you can do it, but you can´t go too deep because of the seaweed, it can trap you in the bottom O.O thats dangerous xD

Oh my that animation must be a lot of work... how many minutes does it last??  
But don´t worry my friend you´ll do it just fine!!! I know it!! You´ll do an amazing job as always!!

Oh my Yentl!!! I cant thank you enough for being such an amazing friend!! You are also a very important and special friend!!!
I know we will continue to be such close friends!!!

Okkkk I also hope we can meet soon too!!! I hope to convice my dad to let me go!!!  
But yeaah it doesn´t matter if we can´t meet this year, we will meet someday!! thats for sure!!!

Cecyyy! The animation is almost done! Next friday we have to do our presentation and also show what we made in 3D on the computer. And we are told that for the next project, we will have a new teacher. A man who has worked for pixar for 12 years! How cool is that? I'm really excited about it all, but first we still need to complete the presentation for this project... I'm soo tired XD Most of the other groups have animations that lasts like 2 or 3 minutes. Our's is almost 4! Believe me, that's a lot XD

We drive to the fishing lake (you could walk it, but it's a little bit too far actually) and Nick takes a lot of fishing stuff with him! All those baits and different types of lines and stuff to undo the fish from the hook. He also has his net and a chair for me I've got a small simple rod for only 10 euro's, but for the little fish I'm catching, that's good enough

You can't swimm in the lake eather. In the other small lake were you can't fish, people do swimm sometimes when it's really hot, but it's actually forbidden. It doens't look that deep, but the middle is, and it gets really could on that spot. So it's kind of dangerous to go swimming there.
