(By the way, sorry if I sound like a snob, but that word is spelled 'definitely'. 'Defiantly' means 'determinedly, and prepared to fight'.
Then again, I suppose you could still use that word in this context! It'd be like you're saying "I defy the forces of failure! I WILL GET BETTER!")

Someone stole Emerald!!!

Hmmm. Joey DOES look a lot like Emerald, doesn't she? They have the same colour, and very similar designs.
Still, Joey looks SLIGHTLY different from Emerald. She has much shorter, stubbier horns on her forehead, an extra horn on her snout, a different tail, and different boots.
Draco-Digi claims that she didn't steal Emerald, and I think she's telling the truth. I mean, actually STEALING Emerald would involve drawing Emerald exactly (or tracing a picture of her, or something like that) and then claiming "I thought up this character!" Draco-Digi hasn't done that. What she's done is create a character who looks very, very similar to Emerald, and is probably based on her.
Joey the chameleon has quite an unimaginative design, but she's still slightly different from Emerald. So, Draco-Digi hasn't stolen Emerald.
In any case, Draco-Digi says she's unsatisfied with Joey's design, and that she's not going to use her any more. So, I don't think we need to worry about it.
Still, thank you for drawing my attention to this! It was thoughtful of you to alert people to what might have been copyright infringement!

kiki- she was a contest entry to one of my YouTube contest's. My friend made her have ears... so... thankfully I found a sonic cross bread contest and we entered her in.
