# About me

I spent my childhood to teen years in Quezon City. We lived primarily in Murphy, Cubao, in front of Camp Aguinaldo Gate 4, but later moved to the edge of the city near Sta. Mesa in 2007. I was grade 4 then. It was also then when my parents bought our first computer, a 1 GHz COMPAQ CPU coupled with a voluminous CRT display. It was shitty and it was noisy and it shuts down abruptly forty percent of the time. But it did enable me to learn a few art programs.

I became interested in photo editing when I first fiddled with Photoscape, a free image editing software. The software's tools are very limited. It can resize, rotate, place stickers or text, create GIFs, and some other basic tools. I used it for creating my first YouTube video content, together with Windows Movie Maker. A few years after, when my parents upgraded to a 2 GHz CPU that I was able to try better but still limited image editing programs. PaintTool SAI and Paint.NET became my favorites.
