I use the CG program called Painter 9 to draw and color most of my pictures! But unfortunately it's a really expensive program to buy TT;;;. Probably something like Photoshop would be a safer program to buy, since it has a lot more tutorials and help online for how to CG with it. Though that's also really expensive
