Haven't played any Mario games since good ol' SMW... Unless you count Mario Kart Wii.

And a mortar is like a bomb-launching thingy. It fires them high into the air, to come crashing down upon you with fiery wrath (or in this case, syrupy wrath). I doubt you could hit them with darts, as they'd be practically falling straight on to you at high speed.

Yeah the lack of Running Shoes annoys me somewhat. But still great. Ahh, I remember playing the original Pokemon Gold. It was awesome.

Now I've discovered the brilliant Safari Zone and the Pokeathlon Dome. Both great additions in my opinion. Though I have to say that the thing I love most about HeartGold is the fact that your first party member follows you around and does some cool stuff.

Well the chances of a pokemon being shiny are something like 1 in 8000. Though considering the number of wild encounters you'll have in one game, it's not that unlikely that you'll find a shiny every few playthroughs. I myself have only ever found a shiny pokemon once before!

And the Raikou looks orange mainly, instead of yellow. That's about it.
