# About me
I have hazy memories of being tucked into a rocket ship while my mother hummed reassuringly and my father worked frantically at a console of some sort. I remember the sensation of being launched into flight. Then a tremendous flash accompanied by a reverberating "boom" I felt in my soul more than "heard"....then darkness. My next memories involve a farm and the figures I consciously think of as "Mom and Pop", but there are missing pieces.# Comments

Professional Ballerina?!!! Jeeze Louise,you are only the second human being I've ever spoken to who pursued ballet past puberty. Well...I would normally crack a sixth grade, insensitive red neck joke (ESPECIALLY if you were a dude) however...Bruce Lee found it to be not gay or useless, so I defer to him. What kinda superpowers does it give you? Do you have Daredevil level balance? The agility of NightCrawler? The graceful fluidity of Sleeping Beauty? Do birds chirp encouragement as they fly in circles around your head as you do your para..par...uh, that French word that you guys do. Why aren't they Russian words? Aren't the commies to ballet what Americans are to baseball and rock and roll?

Historically it's a wonder that Ballet survived the Communists. Then one Day they realized the Propaganda Value of Ballet and the Bolshoi became a name known around the World.
The influence of the Paris Opera House, and the Ballet Russe in Paris had a lot to do with the Movements being referred to by their French Names such as Pirouette.
My enthusiasm survived My Teen Years and after High School Graduation I persisted in an intense and Fanatical manner and was rewarded by being promoted to Second Soloist. The rank system in Ballet is very Hierarchical and no one has a Rank they haven't Worked their little Tushy off for.
And speaking of Work after College I intend to attend the Bolshoi for Training. I'll send you a Video of a Bolshoi Ballerina who was Promoted to Prima Ballerina by the Bolshoi after this Performance.
