Fazer vetor não é tão difícil, basicamente é "cobrir" o desenho, tipo você vai cobrindo o cabelo com uma linha, depois fecha, depois é só pintar...
Lógico que não é assim como estou falando, mas é praticamente isso, vai no youtube e você deve achar um bom...(Isso se você desejá aprender)
