Cedric sat in the royal library to quietly read his spell book to practice and to just relax. It was a week since Sophia was released from the Amulet of Avalor, and he felt proud to be recognized by King Rolland II as Cedric the Great.

Wendy sighed happily. It was a beauitful snow winter day. She was enjoying her walk through the forest, the snow glistening on the trees.

Sofia smiled walking through the snow forest with Clover. They were looking for Ice Lilly's so they decided to check around the forest.
Spotting Wendy she smiled and called to her with a small wave.Β

Wendy, hearing her name, she turned to look. wendy gave a warm smile and csme over to her. "Sofia!" She cried happily rushing over to her. "It's been a while!"

"It has been. It's great to see you again Wendy"

Cedric starts working on some potions, and smiles as the results start to work, but he heard a bang outside, and a laugh, "Boom goes the canon!" Cedric started to growl at Prince James outside, "Again...he makes these annoying noises to distract my potion making!"

She sees James making loud noises while laughing. She frowns a bit.
"James you might be making too much noise for anyone trying to concentrate.."
"I don't see the harm in having fun?" James said laughing still. Sofia sighed and decided to see
what Mister Cedric was up to so she went to his workshop and knocked on the door waiting for him to answer it.Β

Another explosion was heard in the room, "Yes, who is it?" Cedric asked opening the door, and looked at Sofia, "Princess Sofia?" He frowned at his failed experiments and back at the princess, "I'm a bit busy at the moment. Will you please tell your brother to stop making a loud noise please?"

She nodded. "Yeah, I'm really sorry about the noise mister ceedrec"
"I'll try to tell him something.."

Cedric goes back to making his latest experiment potion

"So mister Ceedrec, can you believe it's already been 2 years
since me and my mom came to the castle? And I'm so happy to have another Christmas with everyone, but we missed you last Christmas because an incident.."

"I understand Princess Sofia. I even had the decorations for last Christmas set up before that incident." Cedric said, "Now, we might have 2 weeks till Christmas, Princess Sofia, shall we go see how the decorations are doing? It might be good use to practice your spells for the Three Good Fairies' spells class."

"Aww, I'm sorry we didn't get to see them.." She said looking down sadly.Β
But she picked her head back up of the mention of the new Christmas decorations. "Sure! That sounds great Mister Ceedrec"

He led Sofia to where the decorations are at, and smiled, "Well, it seems the christmas tree is up, but it's missing decorations." he said holding his wand

Sofia smiled at the tall tree in front of them. "Wow, it's beautiful. But it does need decorations I agree."

He went to his pocket to find the family wand and sighed, "Not again... Where is that family wand!?" Woodworm rolled his eyes and flew into Cedric's robe to find the family wand, "There it is...Thanks Wormwood, and I still don't believe I keep losing this wand when I want to use it." he said as he aimed at the tree to do the decoration spell
