Hi! Excuse me, I hope not to bother you, but I need your help, because a deviant accused me by a note to have stealing one of your drawings.

Anyway, I don't rmember when I have started my draw, but i have just one proof when I finished my base. It was the 28 November 2010. You can see it here
I have, by chance, luckily managed to find my drawings in my old USB key.

Hi, I do not reference off of other people's drawing. I only use photos as references. If you look at my tumblr you'll see I very clearly link to anything I reference, even color palettes. Again, I do not and have not used another person's artwork as reference for any of my drawings. Even if I did I would make it crystal clear where I got my resources from. Again, scroll through my tumblr page (vogelspinne.tumblr.com) and you'll see how blatant I am about sourcing my resources.
Did you use a photo reference for your base? It's entirely possible I did use a *photo* reference and forgot. Granted, the fact that I didn't credit anyone in the description of the image leads me to believe this isn't the case but I don't want to rule out the possibility.
I'm not entirely sure what to tell you because I can say with 100% certainty I did not reference off of your base but the similarities between my drawing and your drawings are too similar to be a coincidence.

Okay, I have do not used your Drawing as Reference I used this photo Lovers in a Dangerous Time as reference to make my base. It was in 28 November 2010 on my old deviantart account that i had deleted.
I have never saw your drawing before, i promess you. I will go never on this site, Tumblr, because I don't like it. I only have one account and it is on Deviantart. I heard of your existence and of your drawing only two days ago, via this deviant.

Hey I never made any accusations against you! You and you're friends were the ones who've been messaging me! I even said in the second paragraph we probably referenced the same photo and we did! I did my piece over 3 years ago so I honestly didn't remember using a photo but now seeing the image I definitely did use it.
