I liked many things in it; I don't think it was just one element. The rhythm and use of vivid imagery made the poem have a strong impact. Plus, it's obvious that you wrote this with emotion backing it up. It wasn't just "written for the hell of writing something" it was from the heart. It wasn't some weak, watery piece of crap. On that thought, I enjoyed how it appeared to be a battle between yourself and your mind. It kind of flows with the whole "I'm my own worst enemy theme" and it made me stop and say "wow, that was good."
I hope that satisfied your curiosity and didn't sound too much like a terrible English class analysis

I always want the person to be as in depth as possible... i like seeing their interpretations and how they connect with it...
I also love just seeing what people liked... glad you did like it so much...
