Sure.
1. Go to the Submission screen (The place where you upload, write tags, desc. &c.)
2. Instead of pressing the green "Upload File" button, press "Add text", which is right next to it.
3.Write or Copy&Paste your text into the window that pops up.
4. When done, press the green "OK" button.
5. Add desc. tags, &c.
6. Submit!

Sorry if it's a bit messy.

I look forward to finishing your story. It's a wonderfully spun tale, fraught with beautiful scenery and interesting characters. I recognize talent when I see it, and yours is one of the best I've seen on an amateur level. If you try, you could probably publish it.
