You love the 1980's No wonder why you love the Wreck-It Ralph movies so much! I wasn't around in the 1980's because I wasn't born, but all my knowledge I have about the golden age of arcade games are all read from books, texts, and articles.

So you’re telling me you were born in the 80’s and grew up in the 90’s? I want even born in the 80’s. I grew up in the 2000’s and came of age in 2016.
I actually love the 18th century the most because of the music and the fashion back then. Even their wars are interesting to read about.
What do you think about each decade? I’ll list each of them here:
1900’s -
1910’s -
1920’s -
1930’s -
1940’s -
1950’s -
1960’s -
1970’s -
1980’s -
1990’s -
2000’s -
2010’s -
Well, arcade games still do exist! In fact, you can go to places like Chuck E Cheeses, gaming places, and other places like that. In fact, you can also go to the internet and search up arcade games! XD
There is actually a Litwak Arcade commercial that is in the style of a 1980’s commercial.
m.youtube.com/watch?v=BKRKVZ4V…
Also, there’s another genre from the 80’s. It’s called Eurobeat, but they’re just all about racing and being a racecar driver.
m.youtube.com/watch?v=ApnMmlZz…
Let me guess... I think you love dressing up like a person from the 80’s. Don’t worry! You wouldn’t be called out a “weirdo” because their fashion isn’t that much different from our fashion. Fashion hasn’t changed much since the 1960’s.
It’s sad that a young teacher and several astronauts died when that spaceship exploded.
No, you didn’t say too much. It’s good to say what you like.

I thought you were a few years younger (about 15 or 16 years old) than me, but it turns out you’re about 2 years older than me.
1900’s: Fancy dresses and women still looked beautiful. Classical music was very popular. Early cars were on the streets, but people mainly used horses.
1910’s: World War I. They believed this was the end of all wars. Jazz music started to become popular, but classical music was still very popular. Early cars began replacing horse carriages.
1920’s: The Great Gatsby and the roaring 20’s. Everyone was optimistic because the war just ended in a great victory. It looks like a fun decade and I hope it happens to us where we dress like flappers and gentlemen again in the 2020’s. It would be interesting since the clothes we have right now are boring and expose too much inappropriate areas.
Jazz music was very popular.
The racing as we know it was starting to form features that we know. They have their cars, but they are still far off from modern racing. Racers would still wear dresses and a heavy mask.
1930’s: Great Depression and everyone became pessimistic. Also, Hitler and other dictators were still prominent icons. Jazz music stopped being popular.
1940’s: Hitler’s golden years and World War II.
Also, women still wore dresses, but they’re what women nowadays would wear during formal events. Men still wear business suits. They also have the best Christmas music.
1950’s: No more World War II. Men’s business suits resemble just like the ones that men today wear during formal occasions. The dresses for women are nice, and I hope people revert back to wearing what looks good.
There was a baby boom because people wanted children since their husbands just returned from war.
Rock music is beginning to form.
Also, they have the best Christmas music.
Racecars are familiar to the ones in arcade games. Racers’ uniforms are similar to what racers wear today. Indy 500 was still at its beginnings.
1960’s: Rock music is beginning to be a popular type of genre. Martin Luther King Jr gave his “I Have a Dream” speech.
The birth control pill was invented. Thus, ending the Baby Boomer Generation.
We began our space exploration to the moon.
People began to switch from formal clothes that people from previous decades wore to casual clothes that we wear now. It’s because it turned out that the Baby Boomers were rebellious against traditions and wanted their own ways. Without them, the great fashion and music shift wouldn’t had happened. We would’ve still be wearing dresses and fancy suits right now.
Indy 500 was a popular form of racing.
1970’s: Disco, dancing, space exploration, and hippies. Everything was bright and colorful. Rock music is still a dominent genre.
Indy 500 Cars from that time are what some racing games use. In fact, my red racecar and the TurboTwins blue racecars look a lot like the ones from the late 60’s and early 70’s. You know? It’s because of the wheels, the spoiler, and the body of my car.
1980’s: TurboTime, Fix-It Felix Jr, Super Mario Bros, Duck Hunters, Donkey Kong Jr, and other arcade games! Rock music was very popular.
1990’s: Pop music starts dominating the music industry. Rock music lost its popularity. Machines continue becoming smaller and less complicated. The Great Recession started and lasted until the early 2000’s.
It was the last decade when security machines and checkpoints at boarders and airports literally didn’t exist.
2000’s: During 9/11, I was still 2 years old. My birthday didn’t passed yet. I turned 3 in late 2001 (October). I don’t remember it at all! I was still too young to go to preschool. My knowledge about 9/11 are all from history books. After 9/11, security went on steroids and now we must bring literally every personal document to convince an airport or boarder patrol that we are innocent and not terrorists.
Wars in the Middle East killed many people there and gave Muslims a bad reputation for no reason. They’re actually good people. In fact, I’ve befriended them and they’re very nice.
TVs are flat. Phones started to become flatter as the decade progressed. Touchscreens were still at their early development.
Obama was the first black president.
2010’s: TVs and every screen are flat. Even phones are flat. Touchscreens are found everywhere. Many things look futuristic because we have high technology.
Donald Trump, a person that every American hates, becomes president. The government was already collapsing by the time he became the president.
Muslims are still hated for no reason. Palestine is almost gone because Israel keeps on killing the people there and taking more of their lands.
People expected World War III to happen.
And that’s all my thoughts I have for now. I should be sleeping because I have class.
Disney Quest?! They have Litwak’s Arcade there?! They better have TurboTime! I haven’t been there before. If it’s a website, show me the link. It sounds interesting, and I want to try the interactive games and arcade games.
In fact, I just actually watched all of your videos. The one about “Someone’s Watching Me” is a meme that people used to play in the 2000’s. Then the other videos are random advertisements about scary stuff. That Toys R Us commercial with Mario was very cute and happy. A random video shows the evolution of a VHR. Actually, I had no idea what a VHR was until I saw the video. And another video was 8-bit arcade music. THEY BETTER HAVE TURBOTIME AND MAKE STUFF RELATED TO MY GAME!!!!

*Jaw drop*.... So dude... what exactly were you majoring in again? Cause I think you'd make an excellent history professor or a historian.
DisneyQuest was once a real place located in Florida. It's life span was from June 18, 1998 - July 2, 2017. They closed/tore it to make room for the all new NBA Experience crap blah blah blah. Anyways, here is what it used to be like: youtu.be/dEgy8JpqRJw youtu.be/GvJMORuqKOU Unique elevator before you went in: youtu.be/vsoIvgsaWsQ
Pretty impressive right? There were a total of 5 floors of games! All in which were free, and the only thing you had to pay was admission to the place. That's it! ^.^
Wow you didn't know what a VCR was until now? It played VHS tapes, but the more it played the tape, the more the tape would wear out and the quality got worse.
Oh yes, the meme xD
And they might!
