On July 13th of 2018, I lost a dear friend of mine after a week of fighting a self inflicted injury in the hospital. I had known about this project for years before, but it wan't until it directly affected me, losing someone in this way, that I realized just how important it was to make sure people know that they are not alone. My friend was lucky to have the chance to be in the hospital and realize before her passing that she was wrong, and that we all loved and supported her in everything she did no matter the odds. But not everyone is so lucky, and no one deserves to feel alone.
