congrats on the successful event last nov. 8! hehe andaming tao! I wasn't able to finish the event coz I have a curfew & I was starting not to feel good (and ended up sick the next day).
btw, who are the winners in the fan art contest? and um, can I get a copy of my work..? I didn't have the time to scan it coz I was rushin to submit it..

No, there isn't any registration fee for the cosplay competition (yay!), but tickets for cosplayers are to be purchased backstage.

Regarding the two free tickets given to you: those are the tickets you will be using to enter the event.

Nope. Tickets are only required to gain access to the event. There is no separate ticket for cosplayers, only a separate venue to purchase it if they wish to register right after buying the ticket, and that is at the back entrance.
If you already have a ticket or you purchase one at the front entrance, you no longer have to buy another ticket. You may register for the cosplay competition right away.

It's all right to have them come and help with set-up, but by 1 PM, the area has to be clear of everyone that isn't directly involved with the event, so please just take note of that detail.

You may also choose to have the permit photocopied so that you and your partner both have a copy.

Just bring your ticket and say that you are a booth rentor. We'll let you in early so you can set up your booth.

Tickets for cosplayers may be purchased at the back entrance so that they can go right on ahead to registration without having to go all the way to the front entrance for the tickets.
As for the two free tickets, we'll double check the guidelines and get back to you as soon as possible.

You can enter much earlier than that. We'll start set-up quite early in the morning (about 6 AM), so you're free to come in any time you wish, though we recommend that you come in some time before 12 so that your booths will be all set by the time the fair officially opens to everyone.

Sorry for the very late reply. Yes, the artwork submitted should be original, and all artwork entered may be claimed during or after the event. In case you miss the chance at AME 8th Avenue, feel free to drop by Kubo #11 at the FC Tambayan Complex to claim your piece.
